COMMUNITY
RELATIONS
As part of its corporate social responsibility, FPIP with the support and cooperation of its Locators, has initiated a number of community development projects to help uplift the lives of its host communities. These projects include community development and infrastructure projects, education and skills training projects, livelihood assistance and self-help projects.
FPIP believes that undertaking effective community-based programs will help achieve the following:
| 1. | Strengthen its partnership with its host communities and bring about a more lasting peace, order and prosperity in the area; |
| 2. | Prepare and develop its communities' capabilities to adapt to the changes from rural life to industrial life; and |
| 3. | Develop the technical skills and manpower base of its community to supply the needs of its locators. |
