ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT - Pasig City

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures effective accounting procedures
  • Provides accurate financial information of all company transactions
  • Updates and maintains subsidiary ledgers for operating expenses
  • Prepares financial statements of the company; ensures compliance in meeting monthly Financial statements

Qualifications:

  • CPA, with at least 3 years working exposure in accounting, auditing and taxation
  • Familiar with PEZA law
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

HR CLERK - Pasig City

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the formulation and implementation of human resources programs and processes

Qualifications:

  • Management course or any four-year course graduate
  • Preferably with at least 6 months exposure doing HR related tasks
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint​

PURCHASING ASSISTANT - Sto. Tomas Batangas

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains purchasing documents, files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance
  • Conducts regular canvassing of goods and services both for technical and non-technical items

Qualifications

  • Management or any four-year course graduate
  • At least two (2) years experience preferably in purchasing tasks
